It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The spaciousness , welcoming staff, cleanliness , fantastic concierge , wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and beautiful building made our stay there beautiful . Even the tiny details provided for our 15 month baby were adorable . Will definitely stay there again.

It is very old style hotel with history! The most attractive thing is good service! The stuff is very hospital, especially the SPA-stuff. In the Kempinski hotel you can also realize the spirit of oncoming Christmas! Thank you so much!
