Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The spaciousness , welcoming staff, cleanliness , fantastic concierge , wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and beautiful building made our stay there beautiful . Even the tiny details provided for our 15 month baby were adorable . Will definitely stay there again.

It is very old style hotel with history! The most attractive thing is good service! The stuff is very hospital, especially the SPA-stuff. In the Kempinski hotel you can also realize the spirit of oncoming Christmas! Thank you so much!
